Resting Witch Face

Well it’s taken awhile but we finally got there. After being ripped off by one unscrupulous training provider, then Covid and lockdowns I finally managed to do my training and certification course late last year. Then it was Christmas and another lockdown then working on building my client base back up before launching this beauty!

    1. Hi Natasha.
With a massage often a lot of toxins are shifted at once. If not enough water is drink to flush them through the lymph system the body attempts to work overtime to heal itself. This is called ‘healing crisis’ which is entirely normal. This often presents as headache, nausea and flu-like symptoms, tiredness and increased urinating etc. Not saying it was healing crisis (which we covered in Crystal Healing Practitioner course) but it sounds like it. Often people get this if they haven’t had a massage for awhile or if their immune system is low. Keeping the water intake to 2l min for up to 72 hours post massage is important generally. If your water intake was low prior to the massage then your body could be pushing more toxins as a result. Paracetamol can also help.

I look forward to booking you in soon.
