I have been somewhat obsessed with crystals since I purchased my first Rose Quartz tumble stone at the age of around 10. There was something vaguely comforting about that stone that was like a big hug; especially when all the teenage hormones hit at the age of 13! I've always been sensitive to energies and knew from an early age that if I hurt myself it would 'feel better' if I placed my hands on the 'hurt'. All aspects of the esoteric enthralled me and still do but especially healing energies and how they can help humans and animals. I would regularly use Reiki and Crystals to help my mare, Willow, who was diagnosed with melanoma from an early age. 9 years ago I made the decision to begin my healing journey (USUI Reiki Shoden) and two year's later I qualified as both a USUI Reiki Okuden (II) Practitioner and USUI Reiki Shinpiden (III) Master/Teacher. At the same time I qualified as a Level 2 Crystal Healing Practitioner. My then career path at that time prevented me from moving further until 2 years ago I took the leap to go self employed and follow my dreams! The last 3 years has been an incredible roller coaster of developing my skills, learning new ones and getting my business up and running. I now offer Reiki to humans, horses and animals as a USUI Equine Reiki Master and a USUI Animal Reiki Master. I am able to offer several massage therapies for humans including the wonderful Lava Shell and Aromatherapy. I increased my qualifications to Crystal Healing Master/Teacher and now enjoy my healing work as much as my teaching work! As well as my own courses and workshops I am licensed to run Levels One and Two Crystal Healing by Philip Permutt, with a few of my own little twists. I also teach/attune Usui Reiki up to Okuden (Practitioner) Level. I set up Crystal Club with my good friend Molly for a monthly crystal fix for those that wished to join us and this has been really popular. I'm really grateful to be doing what I love so it doesn't feel like work.
