PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment is required via exact cash or by debit/credit card at the time of treatment.  New clients may be asked to pay in advance of their treatment by BACS .  I do appreciate that life can throw up challenges but a couple of cancellation policies are now in place.  So , please let me know asap if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment so your appointment slot may be offered to others.

Where possible 48 hours minimum notice of cancellation is required. Where your appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice and not rescheduled, then the cost of the full treatment is required.  At least 48 hours is required to enable another client to potentially fill a space vacated by a late cancellation.

Should the appointment be cancelled by SaltwaterGaia, an alternative appointment will always be offered.

LATE ARRIVAL

Where a client arrives late their treatment will be of shorter time to fit the time remaining of their appointment.  If very late the client may be charged half their appointment fee (as a cancellation fee) and be required to re-book without having an appointment that day.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your private information has always been kept just that.  Everyone now has to ‘opt in’ to receive my newsletters and any special marketing. This privacy policy explains what information is needed by SaltwaterGaia from clients and what is stored.

CLIENT INFORMATION REQUIRED
In order for your treatment to go ahead safely, and in-line with SaltwaterGaia’s Public Liability Insurance, I will need your name, address, contact number, email and age. Additional medical and health history must also be collected.  Treatment cannot go ahead without this required information.  

Your personal information will NEVER be sold to a third party or shared outside of SaltwaterGaia.

NEWSLETTER SIGN UP & MARKETING INFORMATION REQUIRED
If you are a client and opted in to receive my newsletter then the client information held will suffice.

If you have simply signed up for my newsletter then I will need your full name and email address.

If you no longer wish to receive the SaltwaterGaia Newsletter and special offers by email simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ button on any email you have received or email saltwatergaia@gmail.com

Information is kept for 7 years from the date of initial signature.
